The Lions spent a second-round draft pick on Teez Tabor in 2017. Since then he has appeared in 22 games, starting four of them. His play has left much to be desired.
With Tabor coming up on a crucial third season, he's working out with former All-Pro wide receiver Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson. Looks like they're honing Tabor's coverage skills.

— Chad Johnson (@ochocinco) March 4, 2019It's encouraging to see Tabor working out with Johnson, who has always been known for his great footwork. What isn't a great look for the young cornerback are his...marijuana socks.
Twitter users were quick to point them out.
Wearing the pot leaf socks tho------
— dev (@devon_hasse_5) March 4, 2019Let's wear socks with a weed leaf on them, just oozes #classact and #takemeseriously Kids these days ----♂️
— Upper90 Sports Media -- (@uppr90) March 4, 2019Teez Tabor rocking pot leaf socks couldn't someone have at least photoshopped these? Lmao
— Matt Maron (@MattMMaron) March 4, 2019Maybe not the best look for Tabor.
Still, pot socks or not, the Lions remain hopeful Tabor can come into his own in 2019. General manager Bob Quinn said last week that Tabor showed "an uptick" and "played with a little bit more confidence" toward the end of 2018.
Maybe he can build on it.
"Listen, I still have faith in him. He obviously hasn't played as much as I would've hoped, but we're not giving up on him," said Quinn. "I actually had a conversation with him a couple days ago. He's a guy that we're counting on to get better."
