The Lions swapped picks with the NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings received the Lions 88th overall pick and their sixth-round (No. 204 overall) pick.
Harris was named to the All-ACC Third Team as a senior captain last fall, when he 75 tackles and an interception.
Harris Joins Iowa tight end T.J. Hockenson and Hawaii linebacker Jahlani Tavai.
