This isn't a scene from "A Night At The Museum."

What happened in Australia on May 10, is something you think you would see in a wilder-than-life movie. But oh no, this happened. For real.

A man broke into Australian Museum in Sydney and decided he wanted to take a selfie with a dinosaur -- and not just any generic selfie. He wanted to do one while his head was perched inside the dino's skull.

Maybe neither one of them had a brain?

According to theage.com.au:

He was filmed taking a selfie with his head inside a dinosaur skull. He put on a cowboy hat, which he found on a coat stand, and walked through the museum's darkened corridors.
For 40 minutes the man "toured" the facility, taking photographs, rifling through drawers, and looking through storage spaces.

Did this guy not think he would be caught on camera? I sure hope the selfie turned out.
