He took it to a new level Monday with the show open where he said State's embarrassing loss to Wisconsin proves, "Spartan fans, even the idiot ones, the lemmings, the people who believe it's all alright and that Mark (Dantonio) urinates champagne, I think they have even had their eyes opened a little bit."
People who are irrationally clinging to the team and Dantonio need to be deported, he added.
Mark has put this program in this spot, not because of decisions made this summer or last summer - but because years of 'not making the call" are coming home to roost
The team isn't identifying talent, they're not developing talent. "The decisions he refused to make are compounding on each other,' Valenti said, adding MSU is now a 7-5 or 6-6 team year-in and year-out.
MSU has scored 17 points against ranked opponents this year.
So, here we are.
It's over, Valenti said.
"The problem is you have an offense that looks like they don't believe in anything that's going on," he said. "They don't have a ton of talent, the quarterback is busted."
He added the season is a joke, he doesn't even care how they fare against Michigan.
He doesn't want Dantonio embarrassed or publicly shamed, but he doesn't deserve time to do anything else except pack his stuff, Valenti said. "I don't know what's going to happen ... I can just tell you that for me and many people around me, that game Saturday I was ready to turn it off in the second quarter ... It's a garbage product."
Now is the time for Dantonio announce gracefully that he's leaving, to finish out the season in class and dignity.
