Maybe the most TV-worthy moment of the draft came Friday night, and it involved the Lions.
With the Texans on the clock with pick No. 90, cameras caught the team's GM and head coach Bill O'Brien exchanging heated words with someone off-screen and then storming out of view.

— Awful Announcing (@awfulannouncing) April 25, 2020O'Brien's anger stemmed from Bob Quinn and the Lions backing out of a trade for Houston's pick at the 'last instant,' according to the Houston Chronicle. The Texans wound up drafting Florida linebacker Jonathan Greenard No. 90 overall.
Texans had a deal with Detroit for the 90th pick but Lions backed out at last instant and Bill O'Brien was furious. You could tell by his reaction on TV. They selected OLB Jonathan Greenard with their pick.

"Listen, we talk to a lot of teams. When we're not on the clock we talk to a bunch of teams, and it's not just myself. We've got four or five people that make calls, so I'm not sure what that was about," said Quinn. "But we didn't have a trade."
Detroit did make a trade of its own Friday night, moving up 10 slots in the third round to select Ohio State OL Jonah Jackson.
