Cornerback Justin Coleman is the latest Lions player to land on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, according to NFL Network.
Coleman was reportedly negative in the first round of testing on Tuesday, but tested positive on Wednesday.

July 30, 2020 Because he is asymptomatic, Coleman can return to the field either 10 days from Wednesday or five days from Wednesday if he tests negative twice within a 24-hour window. The 27-year-old is one of Detroit's starting cornerbacks.
Coleman's positive test comes after the Lions
placed five players on the Reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, including Kenny Golladay and T.J. Hockenson. Detroit has the most players in the NFL sidelined due to the virus.
