DETROIT (97.1 The Ticket) -- Win or lose, the Lions' season will come to an end Sunday with a record well under .500, but they gave the fans a little something to be excited about early on against the Packers.
On their first drive of the game, the Lions dipped into the bag of tricks, as wide receiver Danny Amendola threw a reverse touchdown pass to quarterback David Blough to cap off a 73-yard drive.

— NFL (@NFL) December 29, 2019It was Amendola's second career touchdown pass and Blough's first touchdown catch. Amendola threw a touchdown to Miami teammate Kenyan Drake in 2018.
If the Lions lose Sunday and the Redskins beat the Cowboys, Detroit would end up with the No. 2 overall pick in next spring's NFL Draft. With a win over the Packers, the Lions could end up falling as low as the 5th pick.
The Packers, meanwhile, have a lot on the line at Ford Field. A win in Detroit would guarantee a first-round bye, while a win and a San Francisco loss would give them the No. 1 seed and home field advantage throughout the playoffs. A loss to the Lions, however, could land them the No. 3 seed and a Wild Card game next weekend if the Saints beat the Panthers.
