Show me a person who doesn't know Pamela Anderson and I'll show you a liar.

In the 90s Pam Anderson was the biggest star on the planet. Whether you watched "Baywatch," her video with Tommy Lee, "Home Improvement" or were alive then you at least heard the name. Oh wait, did I mention her Playboy issues?

Anderson isn't coming back to reprise her role as CJ Parker but she is getting a lot of attention because of her Halloween costume.

I don't really know what she is in the photo other than she is holding a Native American head dress.

The costume has been criticized.

Native Americans are not costumes...

According to Page Six, Anderson did respond:

The “Baywatch” alum responded to critics by sharing an article titled “The Illogic of Cultural Appropriation.

The “Law & Liberty” essay argues that just because a person did not come from a group that developed a practice doesn’t mean they don’t have a right to take part in that practice as well.

It also discusses how some cases of cultural appropriation are problematic but not because of the cultural appropriation. It is instead the context of how that costume is being used.
