97.1 The Ticket -- The Pistons' front office was busy early and often at Thursday night's NBA Draft, staying active until the final few picks.
It appeared Detroit was done for the night when it had traded up to select Lithuanian Deividas Sirvydis with the 37th overall pick, but ultimately traded back into the draft to take former Tennessee guard Jordan Bone 57th overall.
The Pistons, who had acquired the 30th pick of the draft via a trade with the Bucks on Wednesday night, used that pick to acquire four future second-round picks and cash from the Cavaliers. They then turned around and traded two of those picks to Dallas, moving up to 37th to pick Sirvydis, seemingly using their final pick of the draft.

But late in the night, the Pistons made one final move for Bone. It was not immediately clear what they sent to the New Orleans in exchange for the rights to the former Volunteer.

Bone, a three-year player for the Vols, had a break-out season in 2018-19, averaging 13.5 points and 5.8 assists per game on 35.5% 3-point shooting. Bone had struggled to find consistency in his first two seasons in Knoxville before emerging as an NBA prospect with plenty of potential. He recorded the fastest lane agility, shuttle run and 3/4 court run at the NBA Draft Combine and has a decent enough 3-point shot for the Pistons to take a flier on him.
He helped lead Tennessee to the Sweet 16, where the Vols lost an instant classic to Carsen Edwards and Purdue.

Bone joines Sirvydis and Sekou Doumbouya -- a lanky 6'9" forward out of France who reportedly has the ability to stretch and run the floor, with a lot of defensive potential. All three draft picks appear to be development projects that could factor into the future of the franchise.
