97.1 The Ticket -- Michigan State is making its first Final Four appearance since 2015.
While three seasons between Final Four trips is not a long gap at all, MSU fans seem eager to get back to watch their team on the big stage in Minneapolis.
According to no-fee secondary ticket marketplace TickPick, the average purchase price for the Final Four is up 36 percent since MSU's win and was at $420 as of Tuesday afternoon.
The "get-in" price on TickPick is $370 for Saturday's double header, featuring Virginia-Auburn before the Spartans take on Texas Tech.
TickPick officials say 25 percent of purchases are coming from Minnesota, followed by Michigan (10%), Texas (7.5%), Virginia (2.5%) and Alabama (2.5%). TickPick has received 27 percent of its orders since Michigan State beat No. 1 overall seed Duke in the East Regional Final on Sunday.
The cheapest ticket available for Monday's National Championship is currently $128, with an average purchase price of $247 and average listing price of $469.
As of 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, the cheapest ticket on VividSeats was $387 and StubHub's get-in price was $340.
But those tickets are all just in the "nosebleeds" of the cavernous U.S. Bank Stadium. If you want to be close to the action, you could pay nearly $14,000 on TickPick for a single seat about 10 rows off the floor.
Looking for something in between? Baseline 200 level seats are just about $500.
Would you rather shell out the big bucks to see the Spartans in Minneapolis or stay in town and watch with friends and family?
