The Tigers added to their growing stash of prospects by selecting 3B Colt Keith with the 132nd overall pick in the 2020 MLB Draft Thursday night.

Colt Keith comes from Biloxi High School in Mississippi.  He hit .527 in his junior season and was hitting .269 through 11 games this year.

Keith was named Mississippi's Gatorade Player of the Year in 2019.

Ironically, Colt Keith is committed to Arizona State. He was considered a two-way player going into Draft. https://t.co/PxWRTs4W79

The Tigers entered the draft with the fifth-best farm system in baseball, and it's only gotten better since. They took Arizona State slugger Spencer Torkelson No. 1 overall and Ohio State catcher Dillon Dingler with the first pick in round two, two potential cornerstones.

They also drafted LF Daniel Cabrera, SS Trei Cruz and 3B Gage Workman
