97.1 The Ticket -- Michigan State knocked off No. 1 overall seed Duke on Sunday, advancing to the Final Four for the eighth time during head coach Tom Izzo's 24-year tenure, thanks to a clutch 3-pointer from senior Kenny Goins.

The Spartans will take on No. 3 seed Texas Tech Saturday in Minneapolis. The Red Raiders knocked off No. 1 seed Gonzaga in the West Regional final Saturday night, advancing to their first Final Four in school history.

The game is set to tip off at approximately 8:49 p.m., following the conclusion of the first semifinal between No. 1 seed Virginia and No. 5 seed Auburn. That game tips off at 6:09 p.m. on CBS.

Michigan State is looking to become the first Big Ten team to win a national title since they won it all in 2000.

Virginia looks to finish writing one of the best comeback stories of all time, going from the first 1-seed ever to lose to a 16-seed in 2018, to the apex of college basketball just one year later.

Auburn and Texas Tech are looking for their first taste of glory in school history, which could be especially remarkable if head coach Chris Beard were to win a title in his fourth year as a NCAA D-I head coach.
