97.1 The Ticket -- Pistons rookie Sekou Doumbouya has been making the most of his first taste of extended minutes in the NBA.

Doumbouya entered Tuesday's game at Cleveland averaging 12.3 points and 8.7 rebounds a game during his first three starts of his career against the Lakers, Warriors and Clippers.

On Tuesday night, Doumbouya lit up social media as he attacked the rim and slammed all over Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson, capped off with a bit of a stare as he drew the foul in the process.

It's such a shame that Sekou's career was just getting started and now he has to go to jail for murdering Tristan Thompson. https://t.co/O27R9sCnnu

Doumbouya, the 15th pick of last June's draft, put up 15 points as Detroit outlasted Cleveland 115-113 to finish a six-game road trip at 2-4. The Pistons went on to win 115-113.

The youngest active player in the NBA has many Pistons fans excited for the future, and with this dunk, there's obviously good reason why.
