We're going to guess that you've hit the swimming pool at some point this summer.  Honestly, what else is there enjoyable to do when it's 105° outside?

Well even though most people 'round these parts have definitely taken a dip this summer, across the country that's not so much the case.

A new survey from YouGov found that only 35% of Americans have gone swimming in a pool this summer.

21% of the 30,000 Americans surveyed said it's been up to 10 years since they were last in a pool, another 16% say it's been MORE than 10 years, and 5% say they've NEVER been to a swimming pool in their lives!

The survey found that the folks most likely to have not visited the pool this summer include the elderly and those living in the Midwest.
