
'Jeopardy!' announced Tuesday that much of the wardrobe of late host Alex Trebek had been donated to The Doe Fund, an organization that helps formerly homeless men find good jobs.
In total the organization received 14 suits, 58 dress shirts & 300 neck ties that belonged to Trebek. 'Jeopardy!' executive producer, Mike Richards, explained that this way the perfect way to honor Trebek's final request of people opening their hands & hearts to those less fortunate.
Just last year Trebek had donated $100,000 to a homeless shelter in southern California.
Doe Fund president Harriett McDonald said of the donation: “We are so grateful for Jeopardy! and the Trebek family’s commitment to lifting up the most vulnerable among us.”
