Aaron Rodgers is reportedly at the Steelers South Side facility.
Aaron Rodgers in Pittsburgh
That’s according to Post-Gazette Steelers insider Gerry Dulac.
It’s “an indication a deal with the team could be forthcoming, per sources,” said Dulac.
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero says that Rodgers did in fact visit the Steelers and that “no deal is done or imminent,” but that he did meet with the Steelers coaches.
After it was reported the Minnesota Vikings were out on Rodgers, his options came down to the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants.
Steelers have not had a losing season, you may have heard, under Mike Tomlin, but also haven’t won a playoff, nor been competitive, in playoff games in eight years.
Over those same eight years, the Giants have had only one winning season and that was with nine wins. The Giants have won nine games in the last two seasons combined.
