Sidewalk chalk, Baby Nancy, and Jenga all inducted into National Toy Hall of Fame

Every year, three toys are inducted into the National Toy Hall of Fame.

This year, the top toys were selected from a list of 12 contenders, reports CNN.

They join the ranks of previous Hall of Fame inductees like Barbie, dominoes and checkers, the organization announced in a press release.

The 2020 honor was bestowed upon the three toys listed below.

The Hall of Fame is located at the Strong National Museum of Play, in Rochester, New York. Chris Bensch, the museum's chief curator, told CNN, "It may seem frivolous, but this year has really been a fine example of how toys contribute to joy, laughter and imagination."

This year, the other finalists included bingo, Breyer Horses, Lite-Brite, Masters of the Universe, My Little Pony, Risk, Sorry!, Tamagotchi, and Yahtzee.
