Elizabeth Hurley of Austin Powers fame answered the question herself by --mostly -- posting a topless photo of herself on Instagram. Hurley is 55 and obviously feeling fine.
"The Austin Powers actress, 55, showcased her perky assets and risked a wardrobe malfunction as she posed in an open dressing gown and underwear for the fun snap," Daily Mail reported.

Hurley is obviously taking good care of herself during the pandemic lockdown in the UK. In one post, she joked it had turned her into a 'demented housewife'.
