The first trailer and a release date was revealed for the upcoming ninth season of 'Dexter' on Sunday during San Diego Comic-Con. The first look at the revival of the show is being called 'Dexter: New Blood' & it will be the show's first season since it initially ended back in 2013.
Michael C. Hall returns as Dexter Morgan as does Jennifer Carpenter as his sister, Deb, and John Lithgow will be tied in, who notably played season 4's Trinity Killer.

Dexter is expected to face-off with a new villain played by Clancy Brown in the upcoming season, which features 10 episodes and premieres Sunday November 7th on Showtime.
