What happens in Vegas tends to stay there only when you don’t do something crazy, like punching a one-legged man, getting naked, and causing a scene on top of a poker table.
Brian Danilczyk, 35, of Long Island, allegedly did just that on Sunday night while visiting Las Vegas, according to several reports.
But while video caught Danilczyk stripping down on the Strip and “flaunting his genitalia while gyrating” on a poker table, he says he has no memory of doing such, KVVU-TV News reported.
Even though his lack of memory may help him forget, it’s not helping everyone else, including the police, who charged Danilczyk with disorderly conduct, battery, and five counts of indecent exposure.
The Las Vegas Police Department shared that Danilczyk was in an “altered mental state” after his arrest but added he was still “cooperative.”
“He did not recall the encounter,” cops said.
Danilczyk’s crazy night started at the Bird Bar at the Flamingo Hotel, where police say he punched a one-legged victim at around 11:20 p.m. before fleeing the scene.
From the Flamingo Hotel, he was seen on CCTV and security footage heading towards Harrah’s Hotel and Casino, according to a police report obtained by KVVU-TV.
It was at Harrah’s that Danilczyk allegedly conducted his strip show, as patrons and employees watched in a variety of attitudes — both upset and amused. A video of him dancing on the poker table was obtained by TMZ and can be seen here, viewer discretion is advised.
Eventually, security guards were able to wrestle him to the ground and help police take him into custody.
He is scheduled to appear back in court on Aug. 17.
