Fans of anime and lovers of garlic are going to enjoy this new sauce from McDonald’s.
Beginning July 9, you’ll be able to get the Special Grade Garlic Sauce when you use the McDonald’s app.
The sauce is inspired by the Black Garlic Sauce that is available at McDonald’s locations in Japan.
“The sauce features notes of garlic and soy sauce, balanced with a slight tangy sweetness,” McDonald’s said in a release.
McDonald’s collaborated with the anime show “Jujutsu Kaisen” to launch the Special Grade Garlic Sauce:
-The new sauce packaging features eight unique lid designs starring fan-favorite characters from the series. Fans can collect them all to reach their peak strength in the anime world.
-Each purchase of the sauce also unlocks a 30-day free trial of Crunchyroll, where fans can watch full episodes of their favorite anime content.
The garlic sauce will be available for free in the app when you purchase Chicken McNuggets or you can order a side of the sauce for to-go orders.
