While checking out local Detroit eatery Joe Muer Seafood, Drake got a proposition from two female patrons to join him for a Happy Hour drink. After initially declining, because he was on his way to the airport, Drake decided to double back and join them for a round of shots — but on him.
His motto is YOLO after all, so yeah, this all totally checks.
First checking if it was cool, one of the two women, Brittney Keara, captured the moment on video. After asking him if he’s drinking “light of dark,” Drizzy took matters into his own hands, expressing, “I need tequila,” but more specifically “42, please.”
The video, which was first picked up by TMZ and has since gone viral, was also shared by Keara’s sister. Who admittedly noted, “I’m legit screaming cause I love that man and idk how she kept her composure I’m sucha fan girl for him,” in a subsequent tweet.
Ugh, same girl, same.
And while “I'm in the mood to get faded” was not the vibe, the latter half of that lyric, “so please bring your finest,” was. As Brittney, told TMZ, she initially had asked the bartender for a shot of Jack. But after she had already stopped filming, Drake insisted she take it up a notch, ordering her Johnny Walker.
