Tulsa police have arrested a woman after they say she attacked her boyfriend's truck with a 2x4 just before stripping off all her clothes right in the middle of the street.
Police say the moment they tried to confront the woman identified Jyl Russell as she was raining blows onto the truck was the moment she decided to take off her clothes and run into the middle of the intersection.
While they were eventually able to catch up and apprehend her, according to KTUL, Russell refused to cooperate or even out her clothes back on.
Police say Russel's strange behavior led them to believe she was under the influence of drugs.
Russell was arrested for public intoxication, malicious injury to property and false impersonation.
