Orchard Park, N.Y. (WBEN) - It may be the best $15 Richard Donahue ever spent.
Donahue is the Buffalo Bills fan who shared his Labatt beer with tackle Spencer Brown and wide receiver Stefon Diggs in the end zone during a touchdown celebration in this past Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers.
Photos of Brown and Diggs celebrating with the beer have gone viral, and Diggs reached out on social media to locate the fan so he could "buy him one".
Mission accomplished, as Casey Radka stepped up on Twitter in response to a tweet from Labatt looking for the fan who shared the beer.
Radka explained on Twitter that Donahue is a 40-year season ticket holder and not on social media. So he stepped-up to help locate him. It's "all he could talk about," tweeted Radka.
Syracuse.com reports Brown has reached out to Donahue and will be sending him "some things".
