We're about to see the reverse of 'What if LeBron played football?' What if Megatron played basketball?
Lions legend and Hall of Fame receiver Calvin Johnson is playing in the NBA's Celebrity All-Star Game as part of the All-Star festivities next weekend in Salt Lake City. He'll be joined on a team, captained by Utah Jazz governor Ryan Smith, by future MLB Hall of Famer Albert Pujols and WWE Superstar The Miz.
Team Ryan will take on a team captained by Dwyane Wade that features the only current NFL receiver to draw comparisons to Megatron: DK Metcalf of the Seahawks. Team Wade will also feature rapper 21 Savage and music star Janelle Monáe.
The rosters for the game, which will take place Friday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. on ESPN, were released Wednesday.
