Things got a little chippy toward the end of the first half between the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs.
During the return on a Cowboys punt, Chiefs' cornerback Rashad Fenton and Dallas corner C.J. Goodwin got into it as the two went to the ground out of bounds in front of the Cowboys' bench, with Goodwin grabbing Fenton's face mask as he fell to the ground.
Fenton was clearly upset and had to be separated from Goodwin as he got up off the ground, with his helmet off.
As Fenton backed away from Goodwin and the Cowboys he pointed toward them and began fake firing a gun toward their direction.
Rashad Fenton gets called for taunting. Further review showed him getting facemasked. Penalties offset, but the taunting still stands. #DALvsKC pic.twitter.com/JCzbDdbw2l

Fenton was flagged for an unsportsmanlike taunting penalty, but there was no initial flag on the facemask on Goodwin.
The refs convened and then decided that there was a facemask on Goodwin and that the penalties offset.
It was a chaotic situation that only had half the fans angry toward the officials while others were left angry at the gesture Fenton made.
Fenton EARNED that taunting penalty. And it was just as stupid on his part as all these calls have been by the refs. #Chiefs #NFL

As if things were not crazy enough, two plays later Micah Parsons strip-sacked Patrick Mahomes the give the Cowboys the ball with a chance to score before the half.
But four plays later Dak Prescott threw an interception looking for CeeDee Lamb in the end zone, capping a wild end to the second half of the game.
