Bills at Lions: Super Bowl Odds Ahead of Week 15 Game

When the New England Patriots and New York Giants played in Super Bowl XLVI in February 2012, it was the 13th time in 46 years the Super Bowl featured a rematch of a regular-season game. It's happened only once in the last 12 years.

If BetMGM's NFL futures odds prove accurate, the Detroit Lions and Buffalo Bills could deliver what has become a rare rematch. Entering this weekend's blockbuster game at Ford Field, the Lions sit atop the Super Bowl and NFC Championship board, though the Bills aren't far behind:

Super Bowl

Lions: +260

Chiefs: +450

Eagles: +500

Bills: +500

NFC Championship

Lions: +130

Eagles: +260

Vikings: +850

Packers: +900

AFC Championship

Chiefs: +190

Bills: +225

Ravens: +450

Steelers: +850

Had the Bills not lost to the Los Angeles Rams in Week 14, it's likely this weekend's game would've featured the two teams with the shortest odds to hoist the Lombardi Trophy. Entering last week, the Lions were +275, followed by Bills, Chiefs, and Eagles at +500.

The Bills, however, haven't been nearly as popular with bettors. The Lions have 16.3% of the ticket share and 18.2% of the handle share, more than double those of the Bills (6.6% and 8.4%).
