Kenny Golladay played it cool on Friday when asked if he's surprised the Lions haven't yet signed him to a new deal.

"It is what it is," Golladay said. "I ain’t really trippin’ too much."

The Pro Bowl wide receiver had a different message to share on Sunday after catching four passes for 105 yards in Detroit's win over Jacksonville.

"This sh*t gone cost you! Don't let that go over y'all head..." Golladay declared on Instagram.

Several of Golladay's teammates endorsed his case in the comments section, including Kerryon Johnson who said, "Boy certified!! Pay that man."

"No bs!" said DeAndre Swift.

Golladay, whose rookie deal expires after this season, is deserving of a contract worth about $18 million per year.

“I’m gonna let the organization and my agent handle it,” Golladay said last month. “If these guys want me here, I’m pretty sure they’ll figure out a way to keep me here.”

He said on Friday that he's not worried about whether he gets a new deal before the end of the season.

"If a contract gets done, it gets done. And I don’t care if takes until the end of the season, then it takes until the end of the season. If it doesn’t happen then it doesn’t happen.

"Just keep moving forward. The only thing I can control right now is my play on the field and the energy I bring to the field every day."
