You might remember the name Breshad Perriman. The wide receiver came to Ford Field as a member of the Buccaneers late in the 2019 season and torched the Lions for 113 yards and three touchdowns.
Now he'll be calling Ford Field home.
Perriman has agreed to a one-year, $3 million deal with the Lions, according to Adam Schefter.
You also might remember the name Brett Perriman. That would be Breshad's father, a star receiver for the Lions from 1991-96 who capped off his time in Detroit with back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons.
If the Lions are lucky, Breshad, who was born during Brett's third season in Detroit, will follow in his father's footsteps.
Perriman, drafted 26th overall by the Ravens in 2015, spent last season with the Jets and caught 30 passes on 60 targets for 505 yards and three touchdowns in 12 games.
The 6'2 Perriman will team up with fellow free agent acquisition Tyrell Williams to help the Lions replace the duo of Marvin Jones and Kenny Golladay.
