PHILADELPHIA, PA – August 5, 2021 – Audacy announces the addition of former NFL Pro-Bowler and Super Bowl champion T.J. Lang to 97.1 The Ticket (WXYT-FM) in Detroit and the Detroit Lions Radio Network, effective August 6.
Lang will join Dan Miller and Lomas Brown as the sideline reporter during Lions games. Lang will also be in studio on the station each week throughout the professional football season, joining “The Morning Show with Stoney and Jansen” and “The Mike Valenti Show with Rico” on Monday and Fridays.

Lang is a graduate of Brother Rice High School in Birmingham, MI and played for Eastern Michigan University before being drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 2009. Lang played 10 seasons in the NFL, earning his first Pro Bowl nod and a Super Bowl ring with the Packers during his eight years in Green Bay. He retired from the league in 2019 after finishing his last two years with the Lions, where he earned his second Pro Bowl nod in 2017.
