"And he can pass!!!"
Under the Friday afternoon lights at Comerica Park, Penei Sewell delivered a strike on Opening Day. The Lions' All-Pro right tackle threw out the ceremonial first pitch to ring in baseball season in Detroit and didn't disappoint.
With his wife and one-year-old son also in attendance, the 6'5, 335-pound Sewell painted the outside corner. (We'll give it to him.)
Sewell also did his customary flex and roar to the crowd, which was fired up to watch the Tigers take on the A's.
