DraftKings launched its NFT Marketplace recently, releasing a series of autographed Tom Brady NFTs. But the sale of this collection was not without its snafus, it seems.

After the five versions of the Brady NFTs were released, a Twitter user pointed out some possible issues that occurred during the sale. The lines to buy NFTs from the Brady collection reportedly reached into the tens of thousands of people but it seems some users were somehow given the opportunity to purchase multiple versions.

In a statement, DraftKings addressed the issues with joining the queue and reiterated the company is dedicated to providing the best service possible to customers.

“We are extremely grateful to everyone who joined us on DraftKings Marketplace for our first ever NFT drop this week,” the company said in the statement. “It was a tremendous success, and this new technology was a first step in making digital collectables accessible to millions of consumers. We have identified that some people were able to join into the queue more than once, which gave them extra chances to get access to buy an NFT before they sold out. We are committed to ensuring that our marketplace offers a best-in-class experience for everyone who wishes to buy an NFT on DraftKings Marketplace and will take steps to limit the ability to join the queue more than once before our next drop.”

The prices of the Brady NFTs ranged from $12 to $1,500.
