The Rock is getting even more fit.

Just in case you thought you might need to get back to the gym, legendarily buff actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is apparently in the workout regime of his life.

The actor recently revealed that he is working harder than ever before in preparation for his upcoming starring role in the DC superhero epic, “Black Adam.”

After many months of somehow even harder and more expansive workouts, he is coming upon the filming of the final scenes, which apparently include shirtless shots. So the Rock has been upping his dietary game even further, Men's Health reports.

He took took to Instagram on Tuesday to show his fans the “breakfast of champions” that he’s been downing every day in order to get himself to a previously unimaginable, extra-large Rock frame.

"This is it," Johnson explains in the video. "We leave it all out on the field, and I've got to show my body next week on screen, so the diet is really getting dialled-in."

The action star added that he's reducing sodium and even water intake to be screen-ready.

On Thursday, Johnson showed off how all that hard work paid off in a shirtless photo of his chiseled physique as he prepped for the big scene.

"Minutes away from shooting a very cool cutting edge scene for our movie, BLACK ADAM⚡️," Johnson captioned the post.

He added: "This is the final week of production and the hard work with my training, diet and conditioning has been relentless - hardest of my career because I’ve had to maintain this physical look for months and had to peak in my final week - but our collective goal is to raise the bar with BLACK ADAM."

The breakfast he shared this week isn't a far-cry from the one he shared several weeks ago on Instagram, also as past of his training for the project.

“7am power breakfast in my office,” said People magazine’s #1 Reason to Love America in the caption. “Doesn’t look like much but man it’s a good one/ seasoned flank steak whole eggs & egg whites peppers mushrooms onions short grain brown rice And fueled by @zoaenergy,” he wrote.

Superhero fans can expect a spectacular new adventure with “Black Adam,” and at the least, the most cut superhero ever.
