Jalen Hurts told the media that he turned down the opportunity to be featured on the Netflix show Quarterback, both last season and this season.

“I actually turned it down last year. I didn't feel it was appropriate for the year."

"There’s a lot of the journey to unfold," Hurt said via John Clark of NBCSportsPhiladelphia. "That will be told”

It's a very mature answer, once again, for the very mature Eagles quarterback who turns just 25 on August 7th.

Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins, and now Eagles backup QB (at the time was with the Falcons) Marcus Mariota were featured on last season's show, which aired this month.

Josh Allen, Daniel Jones, and Aaron Rodgers will be the three QB's featured in the show during the 2023 season.

Peyton Manning is an executive producer of the show.
