Watch: Edwin Encarnación Jr. crushes home run, does Parrot walk

Edwin Encarnación Jr. doesn't hit right-handed like his father did, but he seems to have taken some other pointers from his three-time All-Star dad.

Héctor Gómez of Z101 Digital recently shared a couple videos of Encarnación's son crushing home runs. The first of those clips -- which came in La Romana, Dominican Republic -- features Encarnación Jr. celebrating his home run with his dad's signature move. Of course, that came after he did the LeBron James "silencer" celebration:

Another home run features a more low-key trot around the bases, but an equally impressive swing:

The younger Encarnación will have his work cut out trying to match the production that his father put up during a 16-year MLB career that saw him play for the Cincinnati Reds, Toronto Blue Jays, Cleveland Guardians, Seattle Mariners, New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox. Encarnación finished his career with 424 home runs, and we ranked him as the eighth greatest player in Blue Jays history.
