As Robert F. Kennedy Jr. continues his bid for the White House, he’s potentially eyeing a running mate with an even higher profile than his own.

Four-time NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers is said to be on Kennedy’s short-list of candidates to be his choice for Vice President of the United States, according to Fox News Digital.

The online news outlet cited a Kennedy rep who said RFK Jr. is “considering” Rodgers as his running mate.

The New York Times also reported that Rodgers was on the list of potential VPs alongside former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura, and the Times added that Rodgers “welcomed” the honor.

Rodgers has been a vocal RFK Jr. supporter, posting “#kennedy2024” on his Instagram story as far back as 11 months ago and even calling him “my man” at one point.

Most recently, Rodgers called Kennedy “presidential” in reference to Kennedy’s “State of Our Union” video online.

Kennedy is running as an independent candidate for the Presidency in 2024 and has espoused anti-COVID vaccine views similar to those often publicly shared by Rodgers.
