Cam Heyward responds after Antonio Brown's latest troll job on social media

Former Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is facing an attempted murder charge in Miami, but is reportedly traveling in the Middle East.

Even with all that going on, Brown has found time to continue to be a social media troll.

Brown posted on “X” Wednesday afternoon a photo of NBA legend Magic Johnson’s son, EJ Johnson, with the message, “Cam Hayward is Magics son?”

Heyward, who is no slouch on social media, responded to Brown, “Good thing you can’t spell?! Let me know when you back in the states.”

EJ Johnson is a gay man known for his feminine fashion choices.

And, Brown is no stranger to posting offensive, homophobic material on “X”.

The 36-year-old is a suspect in connection to an incident that happened outside a celebrity boxing event last month in South Beach.

Video taken shows an altercation with gun shots fired outside the event.

The charge comes from a shooting during a May celebrity boxing event in Miami. Brown was detained for a time after the shooting on May 16.

An officer said he saw Brown and another man in a physical confrontation, with people around the area telling police Brown was the shooter.

Brown said on “X” the day after the shooting, “I was jumped by multiple individuals who tried to steal my jewelry and cause physical harm to me.

He added he was released after police “received my side of the story.”

The warrant states that video shows Brown taking a gun from a security officer and “running toward the man he had punched.”

Video from a cell phone also shows a man avoiding gun shots, as Brown walks toward the victim.

Police said earlier this week that Brown is not considered to be on the run from his charge because he left for the Middle East before the charges were filed.

Over the weekend, Brown posted to “X” saying he is being targeted because he is Black.

Brown is expected to be taken in by police when he returns to the United States and will be placed on house arrest until the trial, if he posts a $10,000 bond.

Brown has been involved in several civil and legal matters over the past several years.

The 36-year-old played in Pittsburgh with the Steelers for nine seasons from 2010 until he was traded to the Raiders after the 2018 season.
