New details are emerging after the brother Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes, Jackson was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery.

A redacted copy of a police affidavit, released Monday, say that Mahomes “grabbed [the restaurant owner] by the throat, forcing her head back and kissed her and put his tongue in her mouth,” per the New York Post.
The Kansas City Star reports Mahomes told the woman, the owner of the restaurant the incident allegedly took place in, to not tell anyone and the kissing was done without consent.

The woman, identified as Aspen Vaughn, told police she had to push Mahomes away three separate times over a short period.
Mahomes would go on to ask “what he could do for her business” pointing out his.1 million followers on TikTok with over 137 million views.
A waiter, who was not identified, says Mahomes pushed him twice after the employee reentered the restaurant to get a water bottle, with Jackson telling him not to enter the restaurant.
He faces multiple counts of aggravated sexual battery and battery.
