We have an update on the hottest news that came out of the NFL Combine…Kenny Pickett’s hand size.
During the Combine, the Heisman trophy finalist’s hands were measured at 8.5 inches.
At Pitt’s Pro Day Monday, Pickett’s hand size grew to 8.5/8.
While there has been plenty of talk about Pickett’s hand size in the media, with some NFL experts believing it could affect where he lands in the draft, other believe the whole hand-size story is much ado about nothing.
Pickett has said in the past he is double-jointed thumb and has been doing hand exercises.
Recently, more NFL mock drafts have Pickett falling to the New Orleans Saints at 18.
Pickett threw 32 interceptions in his five years at Pitt with seven last season. He also had 81 touchdowns, 42 of those in 2021.
There have been concerns that Pickett could struggle in rain or snow games and may have a hard time holding onto the ball.
From 2018-2021, Pickett had 26 fumbles with three last season.
But Pickett isn’t alone, Kansas State QB Skyler Thompson measured the same as Pickett.
