Michigan State football will kick off the Mel Tucker Oct. 24 at home against Rutgers.
The next week, the Spartans travel to Ann Arbor for a rivalry clash with Michigan. Michigan State was supposed to host the Wolverines this year, but the schedule was first altered in August and the Big Ten stuck with it.
The Spartans stay on the road the following week with a trip to Iowa Nov. 7, before coming home to face Indiana.
Michigan State closes the regular season by hosting Penn State Dec. 12, with the Big Ten championship game scheduled for Dec. 19.
This year, each team in the conference will play on championship weekend, with the matching seeds squaring off from the two divisions.
