CLEVELAND, Ohio (92.3 The Fan) – Myles Garrett is done with the Cleveland Browns.

As Super Bowl week kicks off, Garrett has requested a trade from the franchise that drafted him No. 1 overall in 2017.

Just last week Browns executive vice president of football operations and general manager Andrew Berry told Zac Jackson of the Athletic and Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com at the Senior Bowl he had no interest in entertaining trade offers for the 2023 NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

Now Berry has no other choice but to trade the six time Pro Bowler and five-time All-Pro defensive end.

Garrett released a letter Monday morning requesting the trade while taking a direct shot at Berry’s comments about Garrett having a one-way ticket from Cleveland to Canton.

“The goal was never to go from Cleveland to Canton, it has always been to compete for and win a Super Bowl,” Garrett wrote.
