Even though they are technically eligible to play today, Ravens running backs J.K. Dobbins and Mark Ingram will be on the field, according to reports.
Ian Rapoport is among the many reporting the news.
Instead Gus Edwards will make the start for the Ravens. Edwards had his best game of the season against Pittsburgh back in Week 8 running for 87 yards on 16 carries with one touchdown.
ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports the Ravens are being careful with the running backs who both tested positive for coronavirus last week and Rapoport tells the Fan morning show, he heard they were not feeling well.
They did not get in any practice time for today's showdown against the Steelers.
Neither Dobbins or Ingram traveled with the rest of the Ravens to Pittsburgh last night, according to ESPN's Kimberley Martin and as of Wednesday morning were still not in town.
The Ravens will be without quarterback Lamar Jackson and instead will go with Robert Griffin III, who beat the Steelers last season.
Kickoff is scheduled for 3:40 p.m. with the deadline for the Steelers and Ravens to make any last-minute transactions at 12:30.
Both teams are also being rapid-tested Wednesday morning, and while the expectation is those results will be clear, nothing is for certain in 2020.
