The Rockets are trading guard Victor Oladipo to the Miami Heat just minutes before the NBA trade deadline, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

Oladipo missed Wednesday night's game against the Charlotte Hornets for personal reasons, but participated in Rockets practice Thursday, according to head coach Stephen Silas.

But now, the guard is headed to Miami. The Rockets are getting back Avery Bradley, Kelly Olynyk and a pick swap, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania.

Over his past eight games played, Oladipo is averaging 25.6 points and 3.1 3-pointers made on 36.8 percent shooting. That's after averaging 18.3 points and two 3s per game on 28.2 percent shooting in his first 12 games as a Rocket.

Oladipo missed three of the past six games, but averaged 39.5 minutes per game in his three games played.

The Rockets brought Oladipo in from the James Harden trade earlier this season.

He should be an immediate contributor to a Heat team hoping to return to the NBA Finals for a second consecutive season.
