The Jets have been the talk of the town when it comes to the upcoming NFL season, with Aaron Rodgers in the fold and the premiere of Hard Knocks set to air on Tuesday night.

As for the other team that calls MetLife Stadium home, Sal says the Giants have a perfect under-the-radar situation where they can surprise this season, and even sees Big Blue winning the NFC East.

“The Giants are getting overlooked,” Sal said. “The jets getting all the hype is the best thing that can happen to the Giants. They are getting overlooked. They’ve gotten significantly better on offense. Their coach is one of the best in the league. I think they’re gonna win the division this year. They’re in for a big year.”

There will be heavy competition in the NFC East, considered by many to be one of the toughest divisions in football. The defending NFC champion Eagles are expected to have another big year, and the Cowboys and Commanders are both expected to be competitive. Still, Sal says the Giants have a chance to shine the brightest in year two under Brian Daboll.
