(SportsRadio 610) - Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud is still showing symptoms from the concussion he sustained earlier this month against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium.
The concussion held him out of last Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans, which veteran backup Case Keenum started and helped lead the Texans to a 19-16 overtime victory.
It appears the Texans are likely to be without their starter again Sunday when they host the Cleveland Browns. With Stroud still in the NFL concussion protocol, the Texans signed journeyman backup Tim Boyle and are likely starting Keenum again, multiple outlets reported Tuesday.
