Eating right is hard. Who hasn't been tempted to break away from healthy eating after being offered some form of culinary delicacy?
That's what happened to former Pro Bowl quarterback Bernie Kosar. While attempting to maintain a vegan lifestyle, who other than Taylor Swift offered up some of her homemade cinnamon rolls. Who could say no?
Of course Kosar ate the cinnamon rolls. But, in a conversation with Tobin & Leroy Monday, Kosar seemed more enamored with Swift the person than Swift the baker.
Leroy Hoard, who was Kosar's teammate while playing for the Cleveland Browns, jokingly complained to Kosar to stop sending him pictures "with you and Taylor Swift, it confused me." Kosar elaborated on the photo, which was taken at Travis Kelce's house prior to a game.
"Those pictures were in pre-game meal," Kosar said. "I was at (Kelce's) house three hours before the game, we're having pre-game meal and Taylor is so nice, she comes in by herself and she's so cool. She made her homemade cinnamon rolls for Travis for pre-game meal. I'm a juicer right now trying to be vegan and gluten free, but I absolutely had to sample some of that cinnamon roll on game day."
Kosar did not tell the guys how the cinnamon roll tasted, but he did explain how taken he was by Swift.
"Her genuine attention to people, in paying attention and consideration was just spectacular to watch," Kosar explained. "You couldn't have a better role model."
Unless you're trying to eat clean, that might be the only occasion where it's not great to have Swift around.
