Steelers coach Mike Tomlin is understandably busy, almost all the time, especially during the season.
Well, coach is so busy, he isn't even noticing changes in his own home.
Back in October, Tomlin's wife Kiya posted a video on Twitter, showing a football that someone had made with her face on it.

To make room for her new souvenir, Kiya tossed Mike's Super Bowl XXXVII game ball to the floor and placed it with hers in his trophy case, wondering how long it would take him to notice.
Well it's December and Coach Tomlin still hasn't noticed.
On Monday, Kiya gave and update on the game ball situation and said since the Thanksgiving game against the Ravens was postponed, they were able to get together in the basement, where the football is.

Even being downstairs, Coach still didn't notice the replaced game ball and Kiya predicts he won't notice it until after the season, that is if someone doesn't tell him first.
