After three standout seasons at Michigan, it appears Hunter Dickinson is moving on.
The All-Big Ten center has entered the transfer portal, according to multiple reports, and he's apparently 'wide open' on where he'll land.
A former one-and-done candidate who declared for the NBA Draft in 2021 after winning Big Ten Freshman of the Year, the 7'2 Dickinson wound up spending three seasons at Michigan, leading the team in scoring and rebounding each year.
He averaged 18.5 points and 9.0 rebounds in 34 games this season and immediately becomes the top player in the portal.
Meanwhile, Juwan Howard has his work cut out for him at Michigan. With Dickinson transferring and Jett Howard and possibly Kobe Bufkin leaving for the NBA, Michigan might lose its top three players and only double-digit scorers.
The Wolverines have seen their record decline each of the past two seasons -- from 23-5 to 18-16 -- and their incoming recruiting class currently ranks No. 39 in the country and No. 8 in the Big Ten, per 247 Sports.
Michigan did land a transfer commitment this week from former Alabama guard Nimari Burnett.
