(97.1 The Ticket) -- It’s officially bowl season.

For just the second time ever, all five of Michigan's D-I football teams are going bowling in the same season.

That last happened in 2019. As Michigan State was the only team to win that year, they'll be hoping for better results this time around.

Here's when and where Michigan, Michigan State, Central Michigan, Western Michigan and Eastern Michigan will be playing this year.

No. 2 Michigan

Orange Bowl (CFP semifinal) vs. No. 3 Georgia
Dec. 31, 7:30 p.m. @ Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.

Jim Harbaugh finally got his Wolverines over the hump and into the College Football Playoff. After beating Ohio State for the first time in his seven-year tenure, the Wolverines soared to a 42-3 win over Iowa in the Big Ten Championship Game.

They’ll take on the No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs -- who suffered their first loss of the season to Alabama in the SEC title game -- with a trip to the CFP National Championship against No. 1 Alabama or undefeated No. 4 Cincinnati on the line.

No. 10 Michigan State

Peach Bowl vs. No. 12 Pittsburgh
Dec. 30, 7 p.m. @ Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, Ga.

Mel Tucker led the Spartans to a 10-2 record in his second season in East Lansing. MSU will see a familiar face on the opposite sideline, as former defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi led the Panthers to an ACC title.

Central Michigan

Arizona Bowl vs. Boise State
Dec. 31, 2 p.m. @ Arizona Stadium in Tucson, Ariz.

Head coach Jim McElwain has the Chippewas headed to a second bowl game in three seasons. Led by the nation’s leading rusher, Lew Nichols, CMU will play in the inaugural Barstool Sports Arizona Bowl after losing the MAC West division tiebreaker to Northern Illinois.

Western Michigan

Quick Lane Bowl vs. Nevada
Dec. 27, 11 a.m. @ Ford Field in Detroit

The Broncos won’t have too far to travel, as they head across I-94. WMU last played in the Detroit bowl game back in 2011, when they lost 37-32 to Purdue in the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl.

Eastern Michigan

Lending Tree Bowl vs. Liberty
Dec. 18, 5:45 p.m. @ Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Ala.

The Eagles are becoming a bowl season regular. After making their first D-I bowl appearance in 2016, EMU will play in its fourth bowl in six seasons.

Bonus football -- Ferris State

Ferris State University is playing in the D-II semifinals Saturday against Shepherd University (W. Va.) on ESPN+. The Bulldogs are making their third straight semifinal appearance. Should they win Saturday, FSU would play in the national championship on Dec. 18 at 9 p.m.
