The Ronald Acuña Jr. show is officially back on.
After being held hitless in his first four games back from an abdominal strain, the Atlanta Braves star slugger made sure to let everyone know he was healthy on Tuesday — and with a bang.
Acuña blasted an absolute moonshot off Chicago Cubs pitcher Trevor Williams — traveling an estimated 481 feet — deep into the left-center field bleachers at Truist Park.
It marked Acuña's eighth home run of the season — which leads the majors — and also gave the Braves a 1-0 lead at the time.
Acuña is having an incredible start to the 2021 season. As of the sixth inning of Tuesday's game, Acuña is hitting .360/.456/.787 with a 1.242 OPS.
